It's time for Cougar Football! We hope you can make it out to watch this season. The setting is beautiful, the coaches are good, the cheerleaders are cute, and the boys have worked really hard. There really is no better way to spend an autumn Friday evening in Northern Nevada.

Benjamin (#12) is a linebacker on the varsity and Tre (#78) is an offensive tackle on the JV and the official videographer for the varsity. We hope to get more pictures of all of the boys as the season progresses. The pictures below are from the early part of the season. We will post a lot more soon.

If you were in Sparks for the Rib-Cookoff (Dale's Nevada event) on Saturday, September 3, 2005, you might have seen the singing debut of Josh Barry (#44) at the Cantina de los tres Hombres. Josh sang three songs he wrote himself and then did some covers. His dad who is the lead singer with "Pufferbilly" accompanied him. It was great. A lot of Spanish Springs students and alumni were there to hear him along with all of the Rogers family. At one point, Josh was singing live on stage and making a tackle on TV as they replayed the highlights of the Spanish Springs-Douglas game on the Channel 8 Sports Caravan.
